Temporary
Primarily used during your employee vacations, illnesses, maternity leave. Some benefits are available to contracted employees. Qualified Staffing covers all payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, recruiting, interviewing, testing and orientation.

Temporary-to-Permanent
Similar to Temporary Help; used to replace or add an employee to your staff while remaining on Qualified Staffing’s payroll for a negotiated time to ensure a good match with your company.

Short-Term Staffing
Satisfies needs during peak or project periods in a company’s business cycle lasting less than six months and utilizing more than five employees.

Long-Term Staffing
Assistance for companies who, due to hiring freezes or seasonal workloads, need more than five employees for greater than six months. Depending on the type of work, a customized vacation policy, holiday pay policy and/or benefits package may apply. On-site management is available option with this service.

Managed Staffing
The company out-sources a portion of their department to Qualified Staffing, who then assumes complete or partial control of the department or function depending on the company’s needs. On-site management, customized vacation/holiday pay and/or benefits plan may be applicable.

Master Vendor Program
Primarily used when a company utilizes two or more services within their facility for contracted help. Qualified Staffing acts as the primary contact for all contracted orders and may use other approved staffing services as subcontractors. This ensures the uniformity of bill rates and reduces the number of invoices to process.

Direct Hire
Qualified Staffing finds the employee for the particular job description and the employee is placed directly on the client’s payroll. A fee is paid only once and the employee is guaranteed from thirty days, if payment terms are met within fifteen days.

Payroll Service
The client finds an employee, who is then placed on Qualified Staffing’s payroll either indefinitely or for a predetermined period of time.
